The Mondavi Sister’s invite you to join them for one of their five intimate tasting experiences at Brasswood Estate, located in the heart of Napa Valley. They strive to share a piece of their heritage, passion and knowledge in each and every unique experience offered.Dark Matter and Aloft Wines tell the journey of the
three sisters coming together to partake in a true labor of love and share the unique flavors of Napa Valley, distinctive to them. Each experience is personally hosted by a Mondavi sister, or two, dependent upon scheduling. Please note that all experiences are capped at a total of six individuals. For special requests, please inquire directly. All lunches are seated inside the restaurant at Brasswood at one’s sole table however there may be other’s dining at the restaurant simultaneously.

This offering is perfect for those who love indulging in older vintages, as you will have the opportunity to experience side-by-side tastings with vintages dating back to the Inaugural releases of Aloft and Dark Matter wines. Experience the ultimate in winemaking with the exclusive Barrel to Bottle program by the Mondavi Sisters. Join our esteemed winemaker, Angelina Mondavi, in the heart of Napa Valley to craft your personalized blend. Each barrel yields approximately 20 to 25 cases, with varietals varying yearly due to the influence of Mother Nature. Please note that costs are determined by the final blend, packaging, labeling, and any additional bespoke requests you may have.

Alycia Mondavi will collaborate closely with you and your selected chef to curate an unforgettable evening, whether it is with friends, family, or a corporate outing. Filled with exceptional wines and cherished moments, this experience promises to create lasting memories the way you envision it.
Due to the demand of our experiences, a credit card is required to confirm & reserve your experience. A 48-hour cancellation period is required if necessary, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the tasting/experience fees. Should you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, we welcome you to apply the cancellation fee toward the purchase of wines from our portfolio. Should you or your party begin to run late for your appointment, it is requested you provide the Mondavi Sister’s with a quick phone call, text, or email. Unfortunately, they are unable to host experiences if your group is running 30 minutes or more behind schedule, as they will need to reset for the next group. Should if this instance occurs, you will subsequently be charged the full cancellation fee.
